The Rev. Monica Guepet, former pastor of West Grove UMC, became Stroudsburg UMC’s first female pastor in the church’s over 230 years of ministry. “I give thanks for all of those who have gone before me in ministry here,” she said. “I give thanks for the good people of Stroudsburg whom I have already met and those I am soon to meet as we walk together in ministry.” Watch the local news story.
