We received word of the passing of Dorothy Witt Kerr on July 12, 2022. She was the widowed spouse of the Rev. Charles S. Kerr, a Retired Elder, who passed in 1999.
Rev. Kerr served these appointments with the loving support of his wife of 50 years:

- Jenkintown
- Reading: St. Peters
- Philadelphia: East Montgomery
Dorothy is survived by family members that include her children—daughter, Dr. Joyce Beam and son, David Scott Kerr and her well-loved grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Service of Celebration of Dorothy’s life and faith will be held at The First United Methodist Church, Lancaster, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 11:00 AM. The Service will be preceded by a greeting of family at 10:00 AM and followed by a light luncheon at the church. Interment will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park.
