The District Conference for the West District will be Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM at the Cornwall Memorial United Methodist Church, Rt 419 and Alden Drive Lebanon, PA 17042.

All appointed pastors, lay members to Annual Conference, committee chairpersons, and one or more delegates from each pastoral charge are expected to attend.
The work of our District Conferences is to report on the past year’s ministry, elect district officers, elect equalizing lay delegates, and affirm and celebrate new Lay Servants, candidates for ministry, licensed local pastors, ordinands, and retirees.
