NOTICE: It has come to our attention that Independence Blue Cross incorrectly sent insurance cards to all members with 2016 plan information.  We have requested a new card mailing and are manually checking each members’ information for accuracy through the IBX portal.  New cards should be in your hands within 10 days.  Until then, you may log into your personal record through the Independence Blue Cross PORTAL and print out a temporary card.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
